1st & 2nd Days of School

      My first day at school was fine. We didn't do much stuff and we mostly stayed in our homeroom. But we went to Unified Arts and of course we ate lunch. The first thing we did is get to know our homeroom teacher, Mrs. Wood. For Unified Arts, we had Music and the teacher is Ms. Nutter. For lunch I had chocolate milk, crunchy carrots, and this food that tasted like nuggets. In the afternoon there is Unified Arts again so I'll have to go back to Music. We practiced opening lockers and the locks had combinations. I kept doing my combination but it would not open. Soon after school was done. I waited on the sidewalk for my bus. It was so hot outside!

      On my second day of school we went straight to our lockers. I FINALLY was able to open my locker by myself! The first class I had was Math with Mrs. Papst. She didn't give us any real homework since it was only the first week of school and she wanted us to do something fun. We had to blow bubbles in a drink at home. For Unified Arts I had PE/Health. For lunch I had chicken, rice, chocolate milk, and juice (because the lunch teacher said it counts as a fruit and the only other fruit was apples). Then I had Sci/SS. We worked on a paper that said to finish the picture which was just a swirl. I drew a snail and the swirl was the shell. The other students drew animals, designs, and more. Then we had a class scavenger hunt. In Language Arts Mrs. Fitzgerald talked about what we're going to do this year in class and she showed us a video of the story called "Swimmy". After all the classes we went to homeroom and packed up.
